Human behavior

we've already discussed about this topic. i just surf some good additional idea for this topic. I've found out that Human behavior is the collection of behaviors exhibited by human beings and influenced by culture, attitudes, emotions, values, ethics, authority, rapport, hypnosis, persuasion, coercion and/or genetics.

The behavior of people (and other organisms or even mechanisms) falls within a range with some behavior being common, some unusual, some acceptable, and some outside acceptable limits. In sociology, behavior is considered as having no meaning, being not directed at other people and thus is the most basic human action. Behavior should not be mistaken with social behavior, which is more advanced action, as social behavior is behavior specifically directed at other people. The acceptability of behavior is evaluated relative to social norms and regulated by various means of social control.

Goals of Organizational Behavior
  • to describe systematically how people under of condition
  • to understand why people behave as they do
  • to predict future employee behavior
  • to control behavior

My Reflective Journal

We have tackled this topic and this is what I've learned.I've learned that there are different kinds of behavior. The different kinds of behavior are overt,- its a manner that we can see and feel indeed, while covert, it is a behavior that we cant see but we can feel, best example of this is love.Conscious, this is the behavior were people knew that someone doing a good things for you, you're a conscious.Unconscious,-it is a behavior where you are not conscious. You are not aware.

The other behaviors are voluntary,-it is an acting or giving one's own free will and involuntary, is a kind of manner where things are done unwillingly.

Rational behaviors is doing things for a reason or purposes. And irrational behaviors is doing a thing but you don't know the reason for doing that or acting without inclusion of rationality.
so, that's all! another knowledge that stack in my mind.
